I’m providing this guidance as another resource to help LTCFs hone their response to COVID-19.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission has published this document to give nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities guidance in the event a positive COVID-19 case is associated with the facility.  This 78-page guide is version 3.3.

Also of note is that the state of Texas has a COVID-19 dashboard that is updated each day by 4pm.  COVID-19 Outbreaks in Long-Term Care Facilities is where you can download such data. The Additional Data tab on this dashboard contains more information as well.
