- Iowa Guidance on Phased Easing of Restrictions for Long-Term Care Facilities was most recently updated on August 10, 2020. Prior to that, the guidance carried an update of June 30, 2020. The June 30th version contained a category identified as Non-Medically Necessary Trips for each of the 3 phases. That category has been renamed as Medical Trips Outside the Facility. Appendix D FAQs remain the same as those in the June 30th version of the guidance.
