Utude Akposheri is a policy specialist with the HHSC PASRR unit in Community Services. Utude earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor Business Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. Utude has been working in the IDD/BH field since 2007. Utude joined HHSC in 2022 to help develop policies to benefit all PASRR individuals. Currently, Utude helps to review suggested rule and policy changes for the PASRR program.

Bryan Campo
Program Specialist - PASRR Policy and Specialized Services, Community Services

Bryan Campo is a policy specialist with the HHSC PASRR unit in IDD/BH services.  Bryan has been working in the IDD/BH field since 2013.  Bryan has served in many roles over the years with the most recent being the Director of PASRR for Bluebonnet Trails Community Services (Local Authority).  Bryan has since joined HHSC in 2022 to help develop policies to benefit all PASRR individuals. Currently, Bryan helps to review suggested rule and policy changes for the PASRR program with a primary focus on the Behavioral Health side of PASRR.
