Attention Customers: Effective Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, SimpleLTC will discontinue support of Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 and below. This is an important change that will allow us to maintain maximum security for all our users and their resident data.

Here are a few reasons why this change is necessary:

  • Failing to upgrade your outdated version of Internet Explorer makes you highly vulnerable to malicious malware and software hacking attacks.
  • Only new browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge are regularly updated with security patches, which protect your users and systems.
  • In order to utilize all the functionality of SimpleLTC’s products, you need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11 or another modern browser.

Many major websites and online services, including Microsoft itself, no longer support IE10 and below. The main reason is companies want to best serve their customers and outdated browsers don’t allow you to maximize the value of your current software, such as SimpleAnalyzer™ .

Failing to upgrade to a modern browser puts your organization’s valuable data and software systems at risk. Long-term care facilities are responsible for collecting and protecting a great deal of sensitive data. When you fail to protect resident information, you’re risking HIPAA violations and endangering your overall ability to provide the best quality care for your residents.

Are you willing to take that risk?

How to update

To get the best possible experience using our products, we recommend you upgrade to a newer version or another web browser. At SimpleLTC, we will continue to support our providers using modern browsers.

While our preferred browser is Google Chrome, any of the options below can help ensure the ongoing safety of your resident data. Click one of the following icons to update your browser:
