We’re excited to announce a new tracking view in SimpleAnalyzer™ that allows you to easily track and monitor all your resident discharge statistics. The new view is designed to give you a simple, visual way to track and monitor your discharge goals, and then sort and export/print that data as needed.

To access the view in SimpleAnalyzer, go to the Analytics tab, then click Clinical > Discharges. From here, you can see a visual representation of all your discharges by month and category, such as discharges to community, acute care hospital, psychiatric hospital, hospice, etc.
