This next session is entitled Transparency: Resident and Family Notification. The session is on Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 4-5pm EDT.

During this webinar, the latest federal guidance regarding the importance of transparency during the COVID-19 public health emergency will be reviewed. Participants will learn best practices to implement a comprehensive communication plan and strategies to improve transparency and provide compassionate care during challenging times.

Continuing Education Credits: The National Nursing Home Training Series is not accredited by CMS. You can follow-up with your association or accrediting body to see if they award credit for participation in our trainings. Continuing education credits may be awarded by some organizations for participation in CMS trainings.
