SimpleLTC QI/QM Reports
While it is unclear how long CMS CASPER QI/QM reports for MDS 3.0 will be unavailable, our customers have made it clear that they need a solution. In response, we are providing SimpleQI/QM™ reports to all SimpleMDS™ customers at no additional cost. As the largest third-party submitter of MDS assessments, we believe that our national MDS database is the largest MDS 2.0 and MDS 3.0 data sample outside of CMS, putting us in a unique position to provide national and regional comparisons that are statistically relevant.

Like all SimpleLTC products, SimpleMDS is designed to allow you to focus on your business, not the technology. SimpleMDS is a HIPAA-compliant, web-based solution using state-of-the-art encryption and security technology to ensure resident privacy. Because it is web-hosted, there is no hardware or software to purchase.
With SimpleMDS, there is no need to be located at a physical facility to access reports and information. Each user is provided a unique login and password, and security settings can be configured to allow access to a single facility or multiple facilities as appropriate. This flexibility also eliminates the need to distribute multiple copies of reports via mail, email and fax.
